Delivered the wrong food. Wife ordered a chicken wrap but got lamb, but she doesn't eat lamb so was left hungry. Please double check your orders before delivering!!!

Food was excellent as usual but confusion over time of delivery and manger wasn’t helpful to solve it , ended two deliveries one we received and the other one was left outside in the front garden to avoid not having Iftar As we were fasting .and we were out and food was cold . Thank you and hope isn’t going to be repeated as we are regulars customers.

Ordered here again as the last time the food was excellent. The main was excellent again. This time I added choc fudge cake to the order. There none so it was replaced with biscoff cheesecake. I was really craving the sweet but this was the worst cheesecake I ever tried. Very expensive waste of money. Cheap and awful taste. Even my kids couldn't eat it. Waste of money

Called the restaurant 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time to be told it would be with me in a minute. 20 minutes later I called back to be told it had been delivered “ages ago”. It hadn’t. Refund requested.

The Bake Mixed Grills Charcoal grilled skewers of seasoned kafta lamb, skewers of lamb, chicken cubes & chicken kafth served with or without garlic sauce. Extra chips and bread. This food was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed it. I ended up with far too much food for two, as not a massive eater. I would highly recommend The Bake One, Gosforth.

I bought the Combo Box, for me and my son. There was so much food that about half was left. The food was gorgeous, with succulent chicken wings, Shawarma chicken and lamb, Mandi Rice, chilli and garlic sauces and chips. The service was excellent and very professional. I ordered online and got a 20% discount on my order. When I collected my order, the restaurant was clean and tidy, with an open kitchen and great decor. I would highly recommend this restaurant and takeaway.

Brillian food as always and ready for collection in 20 mins I had Prawn Kasbah this time and it was excellent. Rest of family stayed with their traditional Halloumi wraps and ate the lot.
